Step 1:

The Mac App Store crack hack was posted on PasteBin (had since been removed). The hack is easy, involving copying the package contents of free apps to replace the same contents on paid apps. The hack works at least on the popular game, Angry Birds (at least until the loophole is closed or Apple fine-tunes the validation process).

First of all you have to install the latest Snow Leopard update 10.6.6 which is necessary to access the Mac App Store.

Step 2:

Now download “Twitter for Mac” app from Mac App Store.
Go to the Applications folder to find Twitter.
Right click and choose ‘Show Package Contents’.
Go into the Contents folder.
Copy “_CodeSignature”, “_MASReceipt” & “CodeResources”.

Step 3:

Download Angry Birds from HERE.

Step 4:

Now run the dmg file that you have just downloaded and drag and drop Angry Birds into the Apps folder.

Step 5:

Right click and choose ‘Show Package Contents’.
Go into the Contents folder.
Delete “_CodeSignature”, “_MASReceipt” & “CodeResources”

Paste in this folder the files you copied from the Twitter.app.
